Come take a ride on a bus .... Weekly Meditation Guest Post by Tracy Brooks

“This bus is too crowded” ~ not the usual meditation

Some moments we arrive at are “Aha!” some are “Oh no!” and still some are ‘’Huh?”'

Seems like lately there have been all of these moments, and sometimes all at once!

While winding down for the night I heard some of my usual inner banter. Yet it was sounding a bit “crowded”, as if several souls were speaking at once, vying for the attention.

~ “So grateful for getting through a tough week”(coming back from nasty stomach bug, feeling lucky to feel good again)

~ “You have a lot to catch up on still, no rest now…have you forgotten all you have to get ready before the weekend?” (We are going on a family trip)

~ “You are too crowded. Seems you have picked up some healing parts, yet neglected to kick the old baggage off the bus” (nutty and soothing all at once!)

What if when the way feels overwhelming we could let off some “passengers”,

Sometimes we get so busy taking care of life and trying to shift we forget to “let go of unnecessary”…especially if the now unwanted was once a needed survival piece. So we can find ourselves going in the right soul direction, traveling our path yet feeling a bit off or even “broken down.”

~Breathe. Feel where you touch the ground. Barefoot if you can, outside if it feels welcoming. Just be. You can do this while walking or lay down and close your eyes, what feels right are ok.
Recall anticipating going somewhere. It could be a delightful memory from younger years or even just a sweet visualization. Invite whatever sensory images feel good to join you now. (Bring it on “your bus’’, or plane or magic carpet. Whatever feels right)

You are traveling. Are you inspired by the journey itself or too caught up in the destination? Just allow it. Keep on breathing.

Do you hear or feel the way is soothing or exhilarating? Or has it gotten noisy and crowded? Just allow whatever rises. If it is an unwanted visitor on your bus, pull over and let it out.  Often our anxieties are merely waiting for permission to leave, can we let them go? Maybe it is fear of unknown that keeps you with the excess baggage. Gently remind yourself that there is something waiting for you, something quite wonderful. Yet is your “bus is too crowded there is no room for it.” Let go…

Continue your trip. What is calling you? Do you wish to make a stop and pick up someone or something that would sweeten this trip? Go ahead. You are allowed, you are not on any rigid schedules here. See each part of this trip as a way to get closer to Spirit. Enjoy your ride!

“At any moment, you have a choice, that either leads you closer to your spirit or further away from it.”

About Tracy Brooks

Tracy Brooks has been spiritual traveler and a soul seeker her whole life. She has always felt a call to be a listener of life and to inspire others. A yogini and poet since age 9, she grew up in New York rescuing abandoned animals and holding a space for those who hurt. Born intuitively empathic, she often finds herself listening to strangers open up to her. Studying education, psychology and engaging in community service invited her to feel we all have a gift to share. Life has led her to teach, write and now home-school her young ones. Blessed to be happily married to the love of her life and living (out loud!) in Florida, she has been embracing contemporary shamanism, writing inspirational pieces, and working on her first book.

In the last 3 years she was led by Spirit to "help walk others home, home here on earth and home to their great departure"

In a short time her father in law, Mom and Dad all died.  Both blessed and split open by the sacred time spent with each as they transitioned. She was reminded of the whispers from Spirit first received when she was 6 and “she walked her dying baby brother home.”

Visited by angels and departed loved ones, sage elders and great teachers in both waking and dreaming. Given messages of great healing and hope, led to share.  As a writer she has strived to inspire others. Now the time has come to take these writings "out of the closet"... as a Soul Healer~ using Shamanic gifts, Intuitive Empath energies and guidance from Spirit.

Fractal Time May Explain Multidimensional Living - Guest Post by Melissa Thompson

Roger Johnston

I am not a physicist, and do not pretend to be one.  In real life, I am a student.  Jokingly I call myself a forever student.

Experience has been my most powerful teacher.  As a mother of 9 year old triplets and a 2 year old, I have a handful of happiness in my home.  My husband Lloyd and I work metaphysical fairs together, and run the Fox and Owl [Metaphysical Manifestations] website and facebook page.  I have an Associates degree in Massage Therapy, BA degree in Psychology, with an emphasis on Experimental, and an MS degree in Counseling, Psychology.  This year, I received my Reiki Master attunement.

Art is a passion, and combining this with intuitive guidance and energy healing, has led me to create Intuitive Illustrations and Channeled Reports for receivers.  These drawings hold images (people, places, and things).  Because of this, I have been very interested in energy and how it works in our world, and in readings / healings.

In this article, I am writing about energy, as I understand it.

In Gregg Braden’s book, he discusses Fractal Time. He is speaking about how we think linearly but actually time occurs circularly. That all major groups of people over time (Egyptians, Anasazi, Greeks, etc.) all understood this.

Time occurs in 5000 year cycles. So when we think in terms of the Earth and all of these past and ancient traditions (even the Bible) we hear of the same reoccurring major shifts, weather changes, etc. that Earth has now been experiencing these shifts since 1980. Many suggest that we will still feel this a few years longer.

Bradden talks about the two paths then that every culture talks about. The one path (in all of these traditions) leads to happiness and fulfillment. Cooperating and getting things back to basics. The other path is about power, greed, and corruption.  Humanity then folds upon itself.

Historically, these traditions have spoken of the second route. This route ended in humanity's demise. However, we know there is another route to take. The route of Love, and on this path there is a choice we can make to move to a higher consciousness.

Once choosing a path, we can still go back.  We can continue forward on the progressive path, or continue on the path of Power and Greed.  However, on the path of Power and Greed, there is an abrupt end.

It is important to note that we do live in a free will zone.  Help in the form of Spirit Guides, etc are available to us.  However, it is up to us to ask for assistance.  Then it is our responsibility to do our fair share to map and follow our chosen course. Our choice.

Sadly the media only depicts the other path (the scary one all about destruction). Because of this, people are afraid. This fear energy feeds that route.

Gregg Braden also speaks about the reason we know that things occur in this 5000 cycle. The story is preserved in the ice. Scientists made a discovery a couple of years ago in a glacier. The gases etc trapped in the ice told a totally different story than what was being depicted by Creationists up to this point.

According to the Christina Bible, Earth is only 5000 years old. However the ice disproved this theory, but gave more evidence that the Bible was actually telling the story of the last 5000 year cycle (which we are presently coming to the end of) ....

While my husband Lloyd and I were driving to Santa Fe, we listened to a podcast with Sandra Ingram (the therapist/ shaman) ... She was repeating the same ideas I have been talking about with Lloyd for some time. One of the intriguing things she shared is that presently Earth is all of one vibration.

Ascension is merely changing our vibration to a signal that will not register to people of a lower vibration on this plane. So in essence we disappear, yet we do not.

She mentioned the Anasazi people (Ancient Pueblos of New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada). They just disappeared (much like the people of Atlantis and Lumeria). She went on to say that when she stood in the places they lived ..... she felt them still there ....going about their lives. She believes they increased their vibration to the point that they are still there but we cannot see them.  This nudges the idea of ascension.

This went along with a lecture I gave at the last metaphysical fair.  I discussed theory of relativity and quantum theory. (I am not a physicists and do not pretend to be. However, I do have an understanding of energy, and I love working to understand how things work.)

If I were watching you run, I would see you because light was bouncing off of you. However, if you were running just behind the light (as though you were racing each other) the light would not bounce off of you, and I would not see you. So when we smell things that "are not there" or hear things that "are not there" or feel things "that are not there" what we are really doing is: Feeling, hearing, and smelling Spirits at a different vibration (could be lower or higher) but we do not have the ability to see them (with our eyes or technology).

Spirits that are around us live in their own reality.  Their vibration, I believe, is different than our own, so different in fact, we do not see them.  This does not mean that these Spirits do not exist.  We simply live simultaneously on top of each other, without the other knowing it.

Each of these theories: Fractal Time, Vibrational Shifts, Vibrational Changes, Ascension, The Illusion of Form, and Reaction of Light, each point to a common theme.  The idea that we are all energy.  By understanding this, we open ourselves to further exploration and interaction with a multidimensional,  living universe.

Untwisting the Energy Signature of Fear

Roger Johnston
Fractals In Motion

One of the recurring themes over the years during the Global Fire Vigils that comes through is that of fear.  Fear is one of those energetic signatures that seem to permeate every society.  We are caught in a cycle of fear.  I wrote about untwisting fear after a Global project a few years ago with the fear of lack being prevalent in society.  How we stare like a hawk at the stock market and job rate; how this fear is based upon a personal economic situation.  How when a person is empathic by nature (energetically sensitive) the fear is doubled.  They are not only feeling their own fears but the fears of those around them (including the news).

Resonating with the fear only makes the thread of the fear stronger.  The stronger the thread, the more twisted it becomes, the more difficult it is to shift from the vibrational cycle of fear.  Understand that fear is part of the human psyche, it is a natural part of the human emotional system, and it is vital to be able to acknowledge it as it provides for the fight or flight response mechanism.  One must acknowledge fear in order to flip it into useable energy.

So how do you flip this fear signature?  Perceptions hold part of the answer.  Perceptions affect every aspect of our beliefs, our thoughts, and even our fears.  How we perceive something sets the frequency.  As we choose to send energy to deliberately vision and support a project during this time that the Earth’s vibration is shifting and transforming, it is vital that all aspects of the projects are seen as visions of the highest and best outcome not only for each individually, but rather for all of humanity and the Mother Earth.  Each time a fear gives rise based out of a personal perception, a conscious choice not to engage in the rest of the story of the fear cycle.  Each person involved energy signature is connected to one another in an interconnected way resulting in a ‘feeding’ of energy from one person to another.

Holding intent within you to not feel the collective fear of the energy signatures is important.  This is as simple as allowing yourself to be a part of the energetic flow stating that you are shielded from vibrations of fear.  This simply filters out the energy signatures.  Within you there are a variety of ways to transmute the energetic signature of fear.  Everything originates with intention as everything is energy.  As your intention ‘flips’ to focus on the positive outcome, immediate relief of the fear cycle may be felt.

A long time ago it was shared with me by Cho Kaya “Make your decisions so that whatever the outcomes are, you are affected in a positive way. Weigh the consequences of every action before you make the decision.”  As you weigh your decisions, your actions – eliminate your perspective.  Become a sacred witness and see it from an objective point of view by standing back from the fork in the road.  Determine the true nature of the decision by trying to follow the thread all the way through rather than only looking at the moment.  Many times the fear sneaks in because we are seeing only the moment and we begin to “play” with what ifs.

Fear signatures can be overcome.  If you turn your intent and your thoughts from a fear based perspective to a loving energetic thought, as simple as it sounds, the fear energy can be immediately transmuted to useable energy.  Does this mean the fear is gone?  No, rather it is made malleable to be directed with intent for something useful.  Each time I am humbled to work on a global project fear threads are found, they are twisted and perspectives are skewed.  It is vital that we realize that not all fear signatures should be eliminated; they give us pause to reflect before we make a choice.  It is, however, paramount that the thread of the signature be unwound in order that the energy be transmuted into useable energy.

Fear is based upon perception which leads to judgment.  Judgment is not based on truth – it is based upon perception.  If we pause and reflect as sacred witnesses, give respect to others, honor their path and their choices we begin to unravel the knot of fear within ourselves.  It is here that we must begin the unraveling if we wish to unravel the global knot.  Just because one gives honor and respect to another does not mean it is truth for all.  It simply means we respect and honor another sacred being.  When we begin to honor and respect one another without attempting to impose our own truths upon others, it is then that we begin to walk with honor and respect ourselves and the knot of fear is released.  We no longer fear that another will not respect and honor our beings releasing us from trying to force our truths upon others.

When is Earth Day?

Digital Artist Unknown

The air heavy with moisture, the small fire having difficulty in burning in the aftermath of the powerful rains that fell; yet, the flame sizzled the dampness off the small branch as though it must preserve the spark at all cost.  Looking across the green grass that savored the quenching essence that fell from the skies, the world was alive.  Birds darted from the skies to gather the earth worms emerging from the damp dark soil, three feral black cats sat watching the birds.  Squirrels darted from tree to tree as though the rains had awoken them from a long slumber.  A small green frog made its way across the stone on its own mission.  Even the spider was beginning to check upon the web she had cast ensuring it would capture her next meal.  The cycle of life, the cycle of energy splayed out in full display to be watched – if only we pause.

A message emerged about energy.   There is a constant exchange of energy in life – between ourselves and the world we live in.  Many times it is “invisible” as we rush from event to event, but when we pause and really “see” there is a subtle interconnected web of energy threads that connect each of us with all that there is.  Each one contributing to the global threads that weave the tapestry we call life.

We each have our energy that ripples out to the global web.  We gather this energy, we expend the energy.  We truly are a part of the cosmic energy dance that happens every moment of every day.  That single thought is powerful and requires that we each have awareness and take responsibility for our actions – as they truly affect every other being upon our Mother Earth.

Everything in our world from the sun, the flowers, the rain, the fire, the animals, the plants – they are all part of the spiritual exchange of energy threads.  Each flows with energy that we can gather and share in.  Each requires in flow not only a giving but a receiving.  While we can gather the energy from the world around us, from Mother Earth herself, it is also a responsibility that we are aware of how we direct the giving back.  Our energy does return to the Earth in one manner or another.  Either we are gifting with responsibility and awareness of the sacred web, its delicate nature, or we are gifting back without thought of how it affects anyone but ourselves.

We know that our body is made up of a large percentage of water , we know we must have air in order to breath in oxygen, we know that we must have these things – what we seem to forget is that in order to have water, air, food, all things – we must also have Mother Earth.  The elements of our own being, the sustaining energy we must have, all are gifts from Mother Earth.

So while we spend much time learning to gather and store the energy in our beings from Mother Earth, it is vital that we also remember to learn how to return the energy to Mother Earth for her well-being, her harmony, her healing of the scars we have made, determines our well-being, our harmony, and our healing.  We must remember that Earth Day is not something for once a year – it is something for every day.

Letting Go: A Practice to Let Go and ReTape

“Spirits of the Northwest, in humble reverence we come in gratitude for the truths you have revealed to us.  We ask that you bring your powers to reveal the soul truths of your wisdom found within each us.”

The Northwest is all about the power of your thoughts; the ability of the mind to reason and accept your internal beliefs and how those beliefs mold your attitudes about life.  This spoke challenges you to have an open mind.  When you have an open mind, it is then that you are aware of internal messages that are shared both consciously and unconsciously from the Universe.  The true essence of this spoke is that no one determines your life’s journey.  That is a choice you make.  So, how you react to change, how you accept change, determines your ability to expand.

Spend time this week contemplating the beliefs you currently have.  Are there beliefs which are no longer your truth?  Why can you not let them go?

Every day is a new beginning. It is a gift from the Divine presented to each being without the need to ask for it. The Divine’s grace simply presents it to us.

Many times we take this gift and toss it aside and return to yesterday’s gifts. We awaken only to turn back the page and continue from where we left off the day before. When this happens we are refusing to accept what is being given in the present. We miss out of receiving the miracles that await us.

We are that chalice that the Divine refills endlessly to quench our thirst. Do not fear emptying it out at the end of each day. If it is already to the brim with yesterday, it is impossible to replenish it. It becomes stale and without taste.

Allowing the Divine to replenish it, knowing it will never be left empty, allows for the renewed strength and eternal love to fill our own chalice anew. Do not allow the presents from the Divine to spill over because you did not empty your chalice. Savor each sip from the chalice to become full of the grace and miracles the Divine has prepared for you each day.

Practice each night letting go of the need to clutch and hold onto the contents of your chalice. Empty it consciously so that it may be renewed with the miracle of the Divine’s presents each morning.

Practice:  Erasing the Tapes to Let Go

Everything that exists within is always reflected outside.  If you are a happy, joyous person within, your world will be reflected back to you as a wondrous joyful place.  If you are depressed and hurting within, then your reflection back of the world will be dark and full of despair.  Thus if you would like to change your world, it must begin with changing your insides.  If you want to change anything in your life, it must start within.

As we go through life each experience that we have embeds itself into our minds and bodies.  It actually begins to set a program.  Every experience in every moment sets up this program.  Each of us have different experiences and perceptions, thus each program is slightly different.  This is true even in science; every cell in a person’s body is unique and slightly different than anyone else.

These programs continue to run regardless of whether we realize it or not.  It is more than just a habit.  Each program that is embedded in your subconscious can cause you to be unforgiving, fearful, stressed, or angry.  Your programs may need to be erased.

Imagine if you had the opportunity to erase all programs that no longer serves your best interest.  Imagine if you could rewrite and tweak each program so that every day, every experience was one of joy, serenity, and abundance.  There are even programs that are within you that have been generational based that have been shared with you.  Programs your parents had, your grandparents, even your great grandparents are all stored within your own programs.

The process of patterning your programs, erasing old ones, or creating new ones can be simple.  Many techniques out there are doing wonders, however they are complicated and expensive.  This is the simple process that has worked for me to reprogram and re-pattern old ‘tapes” that was shared with me.

  • Begin with finding a quiet place and take a few deep breathes to relax
  • Focus on the problem that is present
  • Visualize the problem as it is without any judgment.  For example if the problem is resentment.  See the resentment as the feeling it is.  Replaying old thoughts over and over.
  • Remind yourself that this is just an old pattern or memory – it is not new
  • The process here is to see that regardless of the emotion causing frustration/stress is to understand that it is a memory or a program.  So focus on the problem or thought, not on the person or person’s involved.  The purpose here is to re program your patterns not someone else’s.
  • Visualize a tape recorder that plays the situation over and over again.  Hit the rewind button and go back to the beginning of the tape and hit pause.
  • Say out loud “Take this tape that keeps replaying the same program and erase it leaving me free to create a new program”.
  • Before hitting the play button again say to self and to the Universe “I forgive me for replaying it.  I forgive the situation.  I thank you for all that it taught me. “ Repeat this over and over until you can actually begin to feel a shift in yourself.
  • Hit the play button and see what plays.

Remember that you have had these programs for a very long time.  Even when you begin to feel a shift to release them, they will keep popping up and you will need to repeat the process more than once.  That is completely normal.    Our conscious and subconscious minds are connected.  There are times when these programs are deeply embedded and take work to release.

When you say words such as “I forgive myself” they really are doing more than forgiving an action or emotion.  They are acknowledging and accepting that they exist.  Until you can acknowledge and accept a part of you, you cannot change it.  Once you do this, you can then have the opportunity to release it.

When you say words such as “thank you” to yourself and to your memories or program you are saying that you realize the program served a purpose.  Almost like a contract to learn a lesson.  Now you are ending it and starting a new one.  This also acknowledges that it is you that you are changing – not any person that may have been involved.  It is your programs, your memories that are being released – not the other person.

This process takes practice.  You did not develop the old tapes overnight.  These patterns and programs have existed within you for a long time.  It will take time to release them or erase them.  It has been my experience that any program can be erased.  Any program can be shifted.  This simple process may not be the technique that works for you; however, it is worth a try before seeking out a technique that costs hundreds of dollars where someone else does “work” for you.

Happy erasing.

What Is The Purpose of Life? Weekly Vibe with Laurissa Heller

Peter From
(PeterFrom.com)

The effort of sharing, exploring, and integrating over the last week or so has brought us much needed energy.  Connecting with our tribe fills our tank, so we can once again put effort into healing. Learning our self-worth on the basic but most powerful level is our journey’s purpose.  Who are we?  Why did we come here?

Raymond Kinman, someone who had a near death experience, was told during his out body travel, that the purpose of life is LOVE.  The simple but overwhelmingly, beautiful word LOVE. How is it that for so long we have missed the target? Haven’t we been thinking that the main purpose of life was to create safety, so that no matter what happens in the world, we should have enough money to be “okay?”  Our root chakas have been out of balance, and the energy of Pluto and Uranus have come along (it is time) to readjust the equilibrium so we can experience what it is like when the facades are pulled away.

Safety and fear are our basic instincts (root chakra) that have kept us alive in the face of danger, but today the real peril lies within us. We have become so full of fear that we have lost sight of life’s truest gifts. We have decided that having a health care plan, a billion dollars in the bank, and a big house will make us feel okay inside.  If we are honest with ourselves, and listen to our hearts, we know that we are telling ourselves a lie.

Our greatest joy comes from opening our hearts and loving without expectation. “The big house dream” is really something that just needs to be constantly cleaned;  this leaves little time to connect with nature, to take a walk, or listen to your children play. Recognize that the best gifts in life are free, and that the world is of wonder and beauty.

Be with your tribe, drop the “stuff,” and give from a place of empowerment release us into truest strength.

As you allow yourself to be supported, your ability to heal others will enhance greatly.
