What is Authentic Power?
Power. We are powerful beings. But what does it really mean to step into authentic power? What is power?
These are questions that have been asked recently in email's. What I share is my truth and my perception of power. In the duality world that many live in, power may be defined as the ability to exert will power is the definition. This type of external power may perhaps provide for an outer illusions of security, but it does nothing for the inner security that we as human souls crave.
Power, in its simplest definition, is energy formed by intention that is focused. Focused intention that is based in love and guided by wisdom is authentic power. Power becomes focused when a soul is following the wisdom of their own soul. So, what does this really mean?
Energy is always in movement, it is always being exchanged between souls in an energetic flow of give and take. This flow is both conscious and unconscious in nature. Let's take fear energy as an example. Fear flows in both conscious and unconscious movement. When energy is dispersed that is fear based, it is experienced in the physical as a disturbance or pain in the part of the body associated with the power loss. As fear is an emotion of lack, lets take the example of having a fear of not being able to pay your bills. This fear is experienced as a security loss based in the solar plexus area. In this example, you may feel pain or discomfort in your stomach area. Let's say that it is in the form of anxiety or worry (slightly different variation of fear), it can the energetic disturbance as well in the solar plexus. This would cause indigestion and if left unattended it can lead to ulcerations.
As you sort through the nature of your own energy, you can determine where the power or energy loss is. It is vital to understand that energetic power loss does not disappear if you refuse to acknowledge it or attempt to anesthetize it. When you suppress or disregard any type of shadow energy or negative energy you are splintering your energy - remaining in the duality or separation of self. Splintered energy becomes static in nature and is more difficult to unify into a focused energy. By recognizing and acknowledging the shadow energy you being to have the ability to unify it.
When you accept and acknowledge all parts of yourself, it is then that you can begin to unify your power into the authentic you. Everyone has shadows. Shadows are perception based. Let's use the warrior spirit as an example. A warrior can be seen in one perception as the aggressor, the one doing battle, and a fighter. Another perception can be the defender of truth, the one standing up for those who can not yet stand for themselves, and a protector. Same shadow - vastly different perceptions. The perception difference is based upon the intention. If the intention is based upon the wisdom of the soul and not the ego of self, it is authentic in nature.
Being able to step into your authentic power is simply speaking your truth from the wisdom of your soul and then walking in your truth. There is a difference between one who simply speaks and one who walks the talk of their truth. It can be difficult to see your shadows, experience them fully from both perspectives, and fully accepting them. It is the unconditional love of your sacred self that makes this possible. The freedom in authentic power is having the ability to experience each moment's beauty and joy without conditions and so worth the journey.
To really be able to define authentic power, one must look within to their own wisdom and guidance of their soul. It is there that all doubt and confusion is no longer hidden in the shadows of ego.

The Dynamics of Creating Reality
You participate in the dynamics of creating reality; your reality and the entire Universal consciousness reality. Your participation has an affect now and long after your soul travels into the spiritual realms. Universal reality is created by a group effort. It does not simply exist. In order to shift the consciousness of the Universal reality, you soul's intention merges with other soul's to co-create bands of light frequencies.
The dynamics of group energy is really the soul of all living beings. Just as individually we have a consciousness and a subconsciousness, so does the Universe. This is a merging of the consciousness and subconsciousness of all living beings. This includes the two legged creatures, the winged ones, the four legged creatures, and so many more living creatures of our Earth.
The Universal consciousness is a collective of all energetic signatures that help the Universe evolve. You are a part of the whole. It is a fluid flowing and massive co-creative force that exist independently of each soul, yet it is interdependent of each soul.
The Universe as we perceive it now has come into creation because as individuals we perceive life in a sense of duality. We believe what we can see, taste, hear, and feel. We act as though we are not affected when we take from or give to the Universal energetic signature. This is a result of striving for an external power that is truely a destructive competition between both human souls and with other living beings. The merging or fusing of sacredness has been lost in the evolutionary process. We are separated in consciousness.
The Universe that we have created has been done with unconscious intentions. Remember that every intention you have creates an energetic signature whether it is a conscious or unconcious intention. You are co-creating the Universal reality every moment of every day. Every word you speak, every though you have, and every emotion you feel carries a conscious and unconscious intention that forms and creates a light frequency signature.
When you feel anger, even if it is not expressed, you send an anger intention into the Universal consciousness. When a dolphin is trapped in a net, it experiences fear. That fear for survival is sent out as an unconscious energetic signature into the Universe. When you bring the unconsciousness of your soul in alignment with the consciousness, you step into your authentic pwoer and begin to co- create a reality that reflects your conscious soul intention. In this way, what you intend shapes your experience. What you intend becomes your reality.
The difficulty comes in aligning your unconsciousness with your consciousness. It is vital to bring the two into an unified energetic signature in order to create your desired reality. It is not enough to affirm your attention. It is not enough to simply pray for your desires. In order to align yourself into an unified consciousness, it is necessary to shift your perceptions and beliefs on an unconsious level as well. If you attend to the shadows and negative aspects of life, you will shift perceptions and beliefs. If you ignore and dismiss the shadows and negative aspects of life, you will continue to manifest at a lower frequency.
The journey from separation and duality to complete unification begins with each individual soul. It is from a single unified soul's energetic signature merging with another single unified soul's energetic signature that the tribal conscious will shift. Small bands of tribal light will merge with other small bands of tribal light to begin the shift at the collective level. You start the process when you align your own energetic signature.

Conscious Intention Explained
What is your intended reality? Intentions affect every aspect of your life. If you desire to change your reality, it will always begin to manifest by an intention. Every change emerges as a conscious intention.
With the shifts that are occurring in our Universe, it is vital that we begin to shift our own personal intentions and energetic signatures. Every decision that you make is a conscious intention which forms your attitude about reality. You are making decisions or conscious intentions every moment of every day. You create your own reality by your conscious intentions.
Intentions are a form of energy. Energy vibrationally is a form of light. Your intentions shape the light frequency and place it into a vibrational movement. Your intentions are your energetic signature. Reality is shaped by these energetic signatures. Your energetic signature is the light that radiates from your souls intentions. Every physical form in your reality is shaped by this energetic signature.
Reality is an animate, multi-layered creative manifestation. Your personal reality is unique to your soul. No one else has the same identical reality. Reality is formed from the active consciousness merging with the subconsciousness. It is formed by the energetic signatures of the light frequencies emitted by your soul.
There are multiple layers of creative reality in the Universe. The layer we focus upon as human souls is the personal reality. This is the reality that is influenced by your own energetic signature. This layer is made up of your intentions or choices. Within this layer you create the intention of love or anger, greed or giving, or being of service or being selfish. You create your own personal reality by the intentions that you choose for your self.
The next layer of creative reality is the tribal layer. This is your family or your tribe. Here the energetic signatures merge together to form a group signature. The personal intentions at this level have an effect on the entire tribal signature. If one person in the tribe makes the intention or choice of being angry rather than understanding, it affects the reality of the entire tribe. This is still a semi personal level of reality, but it is highly influenced by the others in the tribe.
As you move out from these personal levels of creative reality, the merger of soul energy becomes more impersonal. It is still however, a definite co-creation process that is shared by energetic signatures. An example is when you send energetic intentions to a natural disaster, your signature merges with others sending the same personal energetic intention to create pulse of light. It is not necessary for those receiving the pulse to believe in the energetic intention for the pulse to have an impact.
