A written and audio/video lesson will be posted weekly. In addition, there will be a weekly 


group journey with discussion including drumming audio and beginning your meditative 


journey to your Inner Cauldron of the Soul; along with supporting video’s for informational 


purposes. Weekly live chats will be hosted for group discussions.
