Challenging The Freedom Of Speech
Here in the United States, we take the freedom of speech to be a right we all are given. Truly speech is a gift that is given to every human soul. A gift that can provide words of wisdom given in love or a gift that can be used to lash out and cut like a sword. Words have an incredible power. Once spoken they ripple into the universe for infinity. A simple word can either bless another when they hear it or harm another. As humans we all fall into the trap of forgetting this power.
Everyone can be thoughtless and insensitive at times. Words of anger. Words of fustration. Words of gossip. Words of fear. Words of sarcasm. Yesterday I had the occassion to hear a conversation between two people that had "words" with another. Words that one took as lashing out in anger. Words that one had spoken in fustration. Many times we become lost in thoughtless habits of speaking without thinking of the personal cost to the one receiving the words.
Having been in groups of people recently I have heard 'words' spoken, perhaps simply because silence is disturbing to some. These words were of another person's faults. Things perhaps that could be perceived as a weakness. When speaking about another person, the words are simply to elevate our own self in the ego of our own mind. Actually rather than elevating self, the words are causing immense damage not only to the person being spoken of, but to our selves.
When the power of words are not thought of with a consciousness, they cause damage. Damage that those words can never truly heal again. Damage that perhaps is only being caused because of our own marked distorted perceptions. Perceptions are based upon a persons limited frame of reference. That being their experience. That limited experience can cause judgments to be made. The human ego will look for anothers imperfections so that they do not have to look at its own faults. These judgmental words, when spoken, create negative energy that ripples and multiplies. This energy will eventually find it's way back to the one who spoke the words.
The real travesty is that when a person consistently speaks 'words' that are harmful, they become habit. It becomes engrained in a person's character. These negative energies build up in a person's energetic body creating a discordance and imbalance. Eventually this biography that has been written will result in discomfort mentally, emotionally and spiritually becoming physical disease.
When words are spoken out of love the opposite is true. These words can create "bridges over troubled waters". They can create a foundation of harmony and peace within the one hearing them. Words that uplift spirits. Words that spread a positive energy that rejuventates a person's soul. This is true even when words are spoken that go against the grain of anothers experience and perception. These words are full of compassion and encouragement.
There are so many words being spoken today, both verbally and in the written word, in our society that are full of poisionous venom. They are full of hate, discord, and slander simply because perceptional experiences are different. There is negativity rippling out from so many pools today. I challenge you to take a stand in the Freedom of Speech.
Speak up boldly in a positive harmony. Uplift others by your words. Listen to other's words and rather than judge them, listen with your heart. Hear their experience. Hear the wounds that cause them to speak the words they do. And then offer healing. Offer love. Offer a blessing. Offer empathy and compassion.
Before you speak through the written word, ask yourself if it shares hope or hopelessness? Will the person reading it feel your own harmony or will they feel ego, hatred, and discord? Does it share a solution or spread fear? Ask your own self why you are sharing the words. Is it to cause a disturbance? Uplift your own ego? Discount another perception or experience? Words have power. Write them with care. Write them with love and understanding.
Just because one speaks words of disharmony, does not mean you must reply in words that add to that disharmony. Offer empathy to their experience instead and find an experience of love that can be shared. When you offer these 'words' your heart and soul will overflow with blessings from the experience of seeing from the perspective of love.
Take the challenge and build bridges made from words.

A Healer's Prayer
I was asked if I would be willing to share the prayer that I use when preparing for healing work. So here it is.
Divine Source, the Fountain of all Life, humbly I invoke your Divine Blessings and Healings and fully accept all Divine Healing Energy with gratitude and full faith in the Divine Source.
In the Divine I AM, I call upon all the Masters and Angels of Healing to seal my own sacred being in the perfect light of Divine consciousness.
In the I AM Light of Divine consciousness release the Cosmic Healing Rays to shine within and through my body, my hands, and my heart to bless and heal my sacred being. I accept the complete removal of all root causes ofthe past limitation and diseases within me through the Divine Source.
I call upon the Divine Source to guide me, guard me and shielf me now. In the Divine Source I call to be restored to wholeness within my body, mind and spirit.
I call upon the Masters with all their Divine powers to restore me through the energies of the Divine's Love. Restore and heal all levels of consciousness bringing me into complete and full alignment with the Divine Source's Love. I receive all great miracles of the Divine's healing now!
I call upon the Divine Masters to touch upon my chakras to awaken the Love of the Divine Flame so that I feel the healing powers of the Divine. Angels of Mercy surrounded within the White Light Flame surround my inner sacred being to give a profound sense of inner resolution of all conditions within my inner life.
I call upon the Holy Fires, The Laws of Forgiveness, and the Law of Divine Love for all my healing now allowing all blocks in feelings to be removed and the Divine Way of Love be open for my full ascension.
I call for the Healing Power of the Divine's Heart to flow through my heart, head, and hands into all of the Divine's people You desire to heal and assist in Your Name.
I call upon the I AM and Divine Spirit, the Lord's of Karma, and All Sacred Masters to help release the negative karmic energies for All here on Earth. Release the Power of the Divine Fire that is necessary to remove the causes and conditions of disease and limitations of life and consciousness now.
I Am cloaked in the Divine's Healing Power. The I Am Love, the Sacred Divine Healing Flame exist within. The Cosmic Wand of Healing supports all Life and manifest eternally in Perfection. I receive and am absorbed in the Divine Mantle that enfolds me in Blessings, Healing, and Love. I allow my brain and nervous system to resonate with waves of Divine healing energy that pour down and fill my being.
Within each breath, every atom of my sacred being shines with Divine Healing Light. Every atom of my sacred being is loved unconditionally. Every atom of my sacred being resonates with the Divine Fire burning within this loving Divine Energy.

Humanity Healing Foundation: Ordinary People Doing Extraordinary Things
"The Healing Humanity Foundation builds on the concept that through good will, integrity, and cooperation; ordinary individuals can make a significant contribution towards the Betterment of the human condition. Kowing that together we can make a difference."
After the recent interviews and comments I was asked to share a bit more about The Healing Humanity Foundation. The statement above is a mission statement directly from the Organization. HHF believes that all people are connected. Connected first through a shared humanity that has no walls, no boundaries based upon any denomination, religion, color, race or sex. It believes that from all walks of life and all backgrounds, ordinary people will be the change in the world that will make a difference.
The projects and initiatives that the HHF is involved in are as varied as the spiritual brothers and sisters that are volunteers of the Foundation. The HHF promotes that each individual commit to themselves to be active in spiritual practice of their own path, commit to be of service to others and to the planet we all live upon, to have personal integrity, to respect all others including the differences in views, backgrounds, and origins, and to take responsibility of your own actions.
There are many people in your own neighborhoods that need to feel the embrace of love, compassion and goodwill. I am reminded of the metaphor of a pebble in a pool of water. An average ordinary pebble, regardless of its size, color, weight or density, will create a ripple in a pool of water when dropped within it. That ripple spreads out further and further without pausing to think whether to stop because of the other pebbles in encounters. It just spreads. It is the same philosophy of HHF. You as a single ordinary indivual can have a profound effect upon the world around you. You can make a difference. You can be that pebble.
I am honored, humbled, and priviliged to stand among other ordinary indivuals of the HHF. As one we are that small pepple, unified we become a large boulder spreading the ripples of love, compassion, and goodwill throughout the globe.

The Many Faces of God - Tolerance No Longer The Bridge To Unification
Last evening I was sent a link and an appeal to watch a video by onelifeministries.org. It was a video entitled "The Many Faces of God". It was a video done by a man who strong in his conviction has been strongly opposed in his own religious dogma to a belief of unification. A unification between people of all spiritual paths. The opposition to his convinction is shared intimately by this man (to read and watch please visit the website of onelifeministries.org).
The simple, yet profound, message of the video was "the message of LOVE, one larger than the boundaries of a church, religion, or political orientation". A message of unification between the sacred and spiritual paths of all religions. To see that the Divine answers to many names and has many faces. To find respect and integrity between all paths rather than the differences. The message led me to have tears of joy and of heart ache at the same time.
How many times do we hear a message of love only to have it quantified by some dogmatic statement? Recently, I have read many articles and spoken with many 'light workers' who speak of love but in th enext breath lay a judgement upon another spiritual belief or practice. The Divine Love is never quantified. Divine Love is never judgemental. It is only unconditional. God, Allah, Yewah, Great Spirit, Divine, Creative Source, Goddess, Buddah, Jevohah, I AM, Lord, Almighty, Alpha and Omega, Elohim, Brahma, Amun, Ishvar, and the unamed are all the many faces of Divine.
As the video speaks of, tolerance of other spiritual paths is no longer enough. To post the barage of quotes and inspirational saysing is not enough. To stand and reach across the boundaries that tolerance alone places and act in love is what is needed. To find the unification of all paths which within principles all embrace the same underlying wisdom. That wisdom being love that transcends differences and embraces the similarities.
It is time to stop talking about unification. It is time to stop talking about tolerance. It is time to stop talking about embracing and sharing love.
It is time to act. It is time to stand up and be a leader in acting out of "unconditional love" toward all persons regardless of their path. It is time to seek out the similarities and stop focusing on the differences between each of us. We are all spiritual beings having different human experiences. I urge you - no I challenge you to visit the onelifeministries website and watch the video. Then pause to examine your path. Examine your actions. Be the shining beacon that leads the way.
I applaud and thank onelifeministries for this video and for acting past dogma to build bridges to unification in humanity.

Spiritual GPS System For 'Misplaced' Emotions
Have you ever had one of those days where you become "misplaced" in emotion? Where it feels like you are in white water rapids instead of the calm kayak you are use to floating down the river in?
I am having one of those days. Another interview for a regional paper, a friend shot and killed last evening, an invitation to represent a rather large non profit, reconnecting with a friend that probably saved my life 15 years ago, and I have not even finished my first coffee.
It reminds me that I need to be present in every moment of every day in order to 'do the pictures'. Doing the pictures essentially means inhaling and exhaling every experience while remaining in the flow of life as it carries you to the next.
I read something this morning that really struck me. "To Hope is not to dream. It is more then wishful thinking or an optimistic attiude. Hope is a way of living. Bringing the Light of Hope to those that sit in Darkness. To be a candle to rekindle the spark of Hope in those that have lost theirs. Your Gift of Hope will ripple out and touch others." It was part of an email sent to me. I am not sure of the author but the words fill my thoughts as I take a break from the many phone calls this morning.
I was hopeless at one time. I was the one who sat in the dark. I had someone be a candle. I had some bring light into my world. Hope truly is an action word. A way to live your life. I believe that hope is not something that is a learned behavior; but rather something something that is a gift we are born with. However, I also believe that practicing Hope by being the beacon, the candle, or even just a flicker to those who are sitting in a dark corner, a gray mist, or simply 'misplaced' at the moment, one can cultivate Hope. What blossoms from cultivating hope? Love - an overflowing, never ending, unconditional love.
Recently, I had to call a friend for directions. I shared with them that I am simply misplaced. I was not really lost but have to admit, I am terrible with directions. I can't read a map nor can I ever figure out which way is north, south, east, or west while driving. They suggested that I get one of those techy instruments for GPS. I laughed trying to be patient while waiting for them to stop making fun of my "misplaced" location.
Later that afternoon, a friend called me for directions. Not driving directions, but spiritual directions. They were feeling "lost". I shared with them that they were not really lost, but rather "misplaced" for the moment.
Ironically, the thought crossed mind that what we all really needed was an internal GPS to guide our directions inwardly. Wouldn't that be grand? A little techy gadget that I could simply input where I wanted to go and have specific step-by-step directions to get there. Manifestation of my desired reality would be so much simplier.
When you get "misplaced" energetically or spiritually, it is possible to activate your inward GPS system. An Eckhart Tolle quote immediately comes to mind,“Where ever you are, be there totally." This activation is your connection with a Divine Source. When you are connected to the Divine (regardless of what name you use for the Divine Source), you have your own personal Spiritual GPS system in your heart. But just like the GPS for your car, if it is not plugged in, it does not function. Sometimes I tend to believe I can figure out the directions of how to get there all by myself, I can not get from home to Gulfport without getting "misplaced". I was at a dinner recently with a group of Light workers, a friend (out of love) said to me "you know that is sort of like playing God" when you unplug your Spiritual GPS system. Ouch!
My friend that was shot was in the darkness, my friend that I reconnected with was my candle, and now it is my responsibility to be the beacon. A beacon that is a light bearing torch, unafraid to go into the Darkest of places to shine the the light of Love. Not just in words in some newspaper article or magazine, but in the actions of every step I take on my journey. So I have my Spiritual GPS system turned on, the location for my next stop input, and where are the directions to get there? They are highlighted in neon yellow with a little voice in my head ensuring even if I can't follow the map, I can certainly 'hear' when to turn right or stay straight.

However, I also believe that practicing Hope by being the beacon, the candle, or even just a flicker to those who are sitting in a dark corner, a gray mist, or simply 'misplaced' at the moment, one can cultivate Hope. What blossoms from cultivating hope? Love - an overflowing, never ending, unconditional love.
Recently, I had to call a friend for directions. I shared with them that I am simply misplaced. I was not really lost but have to admit, I am terrible with directions. I can't read a map nor can I ever figure out which way is north, south, east, or west while driving. They suggested that I get one of those techy instruments for GPS. I laughed trying to be patient while waiting for them to stop making fun of my "misplaced" location.
Later that afternoon, a friend called me for directions. Not driving directions, but spiritual directions. They were feeling "lost". I shared with them that they were not really lost, but rather "misplaced" for the moment.
Ironically, the thought crossed mind that what we all really needed was an internal GPS to guide our directions inwardly. Wouldn't that be grand? A little techy gadget that I could simply input where I wanted to go and have specific step-by-step directions to get there. Manifestation of my desired reality would be so much simplier.
When you get "misplaced" energetically or spiritually, it is possible to activate your inward GPS system. An Eckhart Tolle quote immediately comes to mind,“Where ever you are, be there totally." This activation is your connection with a Divine Source. When you are connected to the Divine (regardless of what name you use for the Divine Source), you have your own personal Spiritual GPS system in your heart. But just like the GPS for your car, if it is not plugged in, it does not function. Sometimes I tend to believe I can figure out the directions of how to get there all by myself, I can not get from home to Gulfport without getting "misplaced". I was at a dinner recently with a group of Light workers, a friend (out of love) said to me "you know that is sort of like playing God" when you unplug your Spiritual GPS system. Ouch!
My friend that was shot was in the darkness, my friend that I reconnected with was my candle, and now it is my responsibility to be the beacon. A beacon that is a light bearing torch, unafraid to go into the Darkest of places to shine the the light of Love. Not just in words in some newspaper article or magazine, but in the actions of every step I take on my journey. So I have my Spiritual GPS system turned on, the location for my next stop input, and where are the directions to get there? They are highlighted in neon yellow with a little voice in my head ensuring even if I can't follow the map, I can certainly 'hear' when to turn right or stay straight.

The Mandate Of One True Believer Can Facilitate A Thousand Others
The mandate of one true believer can facilitate a thousand others whose faith is not so sure. There are enough of us to charge every positive thought possible. Each one of these thoughts will then be inserted into the energy of the planet. The one thing I have discovered about receiving visions is that human time lines are not in effect.
When seeing a vision, one sees things that are to come; however, the human time of when that will happen is never what one perceives. Getting things done in the human mundane world can be extraordinarily difficult when you become entrenched in the "how" and "why". I was recently told the "how" and "why" are not up to me nor up to any human being. When a person can stop tending to their own mundane life and live in the heart is when they will begin to resonate at the highest frequency and all the human mundane necessities of life will manifest themselves.
Living in the heart, living in absolute love, is when we will begin to rebuild the foundation that is balanced in equality and abundance for not only ourselves, but the thousand others whose faith is unsure. It is easy, as I have been there and agree, to discredit any possibility of a world of heightened experience where all beings resonate from the heart. It is not easy to live in utmost integrity. It is not easy to be brutally honest with self and the source. I can assure you the task is as they say is long narrowing path. I can also assure you that when a human awakes to live within the heart, the people, the resources, and the energy will be placed in front of you. That is the way Universal Law works.
The people, the resources, and the energy do not come first. It is in the act of doing that a person creates their reality. When you actively begin sharing with family, friends, neighbors, and even strangers that the frequency of your own vibration raises. As more and more people begin to resonate at this higher frequency, the face of the global planet will shift. Not only will it shift in integrity and love, which are spiritual principles, it will change in tangible ways. When each person becomes accountable and takes care of themselves, it is then that the "I" becomes the "We" that is necessary for any type of shift to occur. First we dream it and then it becomes through action. Stepping into the flow with faith, trust, integrity, and love makes dreams a reality.
I have many times before, related the internal world as my garden. When you tend your own garden, weed it of your own defects in your own character, and spread the miraculous gifts that love transpire, it is then when you can share it with the world and the details of "how" falls into place.
So what are the principles and character traits I am speaking of? When any act of a person is done by offering themselves with purity of intention and in an act of creating, giving and sharing of their own unique gifts for the humans is done without thought of material gain or any other expectation. When acts are done in this way we begin to see things in a unified way. Realizing that many of the others around us are without any faith, our purity of intention leads one to achieve this sought after manifestation.
Each person has gifts to offer the world. So many are not even sharing those gifts with themselves , let alone others. Some have no idea of where to channel their energy. They only know that they wish to have a positive change. Regardless of the differences in the paths upon, the magic always will happen when a person does the acts for the sheer joy of the experience.
So many are looking not at the similarities within each of us. When we "tend our own garden", it is then we can see that in reality we are all have similarities that bind us together. Whether you walk a path of Christian, a Jew, a Muslim, a Buddhists, a Pagan, a Shaman, or as one who has no true faith in any path, we are still similar in nature. When the "I" becomes a "we" is when the vibrational frequency that each of us dream of will become a reality.
The responsibility of each "I" is to begin to act in their faith. It is time to stop talking about it and begin acting. Acting in a manner of pure intention, integrity, and love. I hear many people talking about their dream of a positive world about them. I hear many affirming this is what they dream of. I hear many offering a quick "5-minute" way to manifest their dreams. I have a newsflash for you. Action is a verb. Acting means that you are actively participating, actively engaging in, and actively sharing their true self.
It is not a simple task. It can be filled with fear. It can be filled with a lot of "weeds". Discovering yourself can also be an awakening lifts every burden off your heart. The journey through this task is not a "5 minute" journey. It is, however, a life altering, life transforming journey. In the words of a friend and teacher, be ready to rock and roll, be ready to do a whole lot of rowing, and be ready to experience unconditional love.
